Nobody sits you down and teaches you how to relate to food, to money, or to the people you love. You just absorb it. You copy what you see. You carry it forward.
And most of the time, you don't even know you're doing it.
That inherited way of thinking follows you into adulthood into your eating habits, your financial decisions, your relationships. It feels like just "the way things are." But it isn't. It's a pattern. And patterns can change.

The problem was never you. It was that no one taught you a different way and you kept doing what you were taught, even when it stopped working.
